Night of the
Living Dead
Based on George A. Romero's horror film that sparked America's fascination with all things undead. This visceral theatrical interpretation was adapted from the original screenplay by it's co-directors, Bob Denton and Brandon T. Gorin, and ran at Milburn Stone Theatre as the 2014 Halloween production. A very original, live, theatrical version of a classic film that started a genre of it's own. Siobhan designed the makeup and gore fx used for the "ghouls" in this adaptation, including full body zombie makeups, various moulage wounds, bloodied disembodied limb props, Karen's death makeup and ghoul transformation, Cooper's ghoul transformation, Johnny's ghoul return and live blood packs for on-stage kills. Siobhan was absolutely honored to design zombies for the stage. It was a dream come true for an avid horror fan, a rabid zombie enthusiast, and a theater artist.
Marat/Sade
"The Persecution and Assassination of Jean-Paul Marat as Performed by the Inmates of the Asylum of Charenton Under the Direction of the Marquis de Sade", contains elements of Bertolt Brecht's Epic Theater and also Antonin Artaud's concepts of Theater of Cruelty. A unique play within a play set in an insane asylum, this piece features a variety of character makeup from grotesque jesters, to French Restoration era fops, cuts and bruising on the inmates and debilitating skin diseases. Siobhan designed the makeup, as well as performed as an actor and vocalist in this show with Baltimore Annex Theater in 2014.

is Hard to Find
A Good Brain is Hard to Find is an original play that was featured in the
Baltimore Playwright's Festival of 2012, at Spotlighter's Theatre.
This piece is a unique re-imagining of Mary Shelley's Frankenstein,
set in a dystopian future. Siobhan played the part of Dr. Hannah West,
and also designed the makeup and gore fx used in this production.

The Resistible Rise of Arturo Ui
The Resistible Rise of Arturo Ui by Bertolt Brecht, at The Community College of Baltimore County, Essex Campus. Siobhan was thrilled to be invited back to her alma mater after graduation, to design the makeup for their mainstage production in the fall of 2012. Siobhan deigned the makeup for this piece, and played on it's highly satirical tones and spectacle, with grandiose comic book style characters, grotesque jester clowns, and exaggerated, cartoonish facial hair.
Adapting Cinderella
Adapting Cinderella was an original world premiere play
by Glass Mind Theatre, performed in March 2012 at Load of Fun Theatre.
It was devised and written entirely by it's cast and director.
A modern take on the Cinderella fable, the piece explored the story's roots.
Siobhan performed as the wicked stepmother, and
designed the makeup for this show.

Towson University's production of the
famous musical RENT, in 2011. Along with The Jokesters,
and Special FX Makeup Artist Paige Weiss, Siobhan helped design
and apply Angel's Drag Queen transformation, Mimi's drug abuse and illness moulage and distressed, disheveled looks for members of the ensemble.
Siobhan also performed in this production as an actor, singer,
and understudy for one of the lead roles.

HEDWIG
AND THE ANGRY INCH
Hedwig and the Angry Inch with Iron Crow Theatre Company in 2010. Siobhan designed the makeup for the boys in the band, as well as moulage makeup for Tommy's arrest photos. Siobhan also designed and applied the makeup for the Hedwig/Tommy Gnosis transformation, as well as Yitzhak's Drag transformation. Siobhan also assisted with costume quick changes and run crew duties.
